Chapter 354 Gathering at the Burrow

Harry didn't know what kind of mentality George and Fred had when they took the candy.

All he knew was that the twins had identical dull expressions on their faces as they put the toffees into their pockets.

And winked at Harry crazily.

Man, why is your cousin telling you something different? Didn’t I say that Hagrid turned me into a pig’s tail before I stole your cake?

Harry didn't know how to explain, so he could only hold his twin brother in his arms and let him hurry downstairs, and whispered:

"I'll explain it to you guys when we get to the Burrow."

Then he turned around, took out two boxes of candies from his bag, and stuffed them into Dudley's hands:

"Sizzling honey bees, Bibi multi-flavored beans, please eat!"

Dudley looked at the candy in his hand blankly, opened his mouth, and wanted to say that he had given up sugar, but Harry patted him on the shoulder, gave him an encouraging look, and then hurried downstairs.

In the living room on the first floor, Mr. Weasley has cleaned the living room and is shouting happily:

"Children, are you all ready?"

Dudley hurriedly stuffed the candy into his pocket and watched curiously as Arthur took out his wand.

"The flames are blazing!"

A fire suddenly burst into flames in the fireplace, crackling and burning brightly, as if it had been burning for hours.

Mr. Weasley took out a small velvet bag with a drawstring from his pocket, opened it, pinched a little powder from it and threw it into the fire. The flames immediately turned green and the flames jumped higher than before.

"So who goes first? Fred, you go first!"

He shook his head at Fred.

Dudley watched intently, as if trying to memorize every step.

He watched Fred walk straight into the flames. The green flames were burning around him, but they seemed to have lost their temperature and did no harm at all.

Fred waved his hands to everyone and said, "The Burrow!"

There was a whoosh and Fred was gone.

"Okay, George," said Mr. Weasley, "You're second!"

Harry and George carried the box toward the flames together, then raised the box upright so that George could hold it more securely.

Then George shouted, "The Burrow!" There was another whoosh, and it disappeared.

"Ron, it's your turn," said Mr. Weasley.

"Goodbye," Ron said cheerfully to the Dursleys.

He smiled at Harry, stepped into the fire, shouted, "The Burrow!" and disappeared.

Only Harry and Mr. Weasley remained.

After Harry was silent for a while, he said, "Well, goodbye then, Aunt Petunia."

Penny nodded, her lips moved twice, and she could vaguely hear: "Goodbye."

He looked at Dudley again, hesitated for a moment, then stepped forward, opened his arms, and hugged Dudley under Petunia's somewhat surprised gaze:

"Goodbye, Brother D. By the way, you looked so cool giving the candy back to Fred."

Harry stepped back and stepped into the fire:

"The Burrow!"

Harry had just walked out of the living room when Fred and George grabbed his arms.

They whispered eagerly in Harry's ears:

"Man, tell me, why is your cousin different from what we think?"

"Well, this is very complicated. Wait a minute, tell me first, what is it?"

"Fat tongue toffee!" Fry sighed: "George and I invented it. All summer, we have been trying to find someone to try it..."

Harry was suddenly glad that Dudley didn't eat. He shrugged and could only say:

"Dudley has changed a lot, I think Uncle Vernon's passing has hit him hard, and as you can see, he's like a completely different person.

By the way, Dudley and I have reconciled, in the true sense of the word.

So don't tease him next time. "

Harry thought for a while and suddenly smiled: "Actually, Dudley like this is quite good, really."

Fred and George sighed together, whether it was disappointment or something else.

Harry looked around and saw Ron sitting at the clean wooden table, with two red-haired men beside him.

He had met these two people, and they spent an unforgettable Christmas together at Zhang's house last year.

"Bill, Charlie!" he shouted in surprise.

"How are you, Harry?"

Charlie, the closest to Harry among the two brothers, grinned, stretched out his big hand, and shook Harry's hand. Harry could clearly feel the calluses on his hand.

Bill stood up, smiled, and shook hands with Harry. He was still so cool, with his hair tied into a ponytail and small earrings full of personality.

They chatted enthusiastically and exchanged interesting stories about the year. Bill and Charlie secretly told Harry that they had decided to join the Order of the Phoenix and do what they could for Dumbledore.

Bill's main task was to act as an informant on the Egyptian side, because Dumbledore was worried that Voldemort would go to Egypt to find some "ancient magic" to enhance his power.

Although ancient times are not necessarily stronger than today, there are indeed some powerful things that have been lost, at least those weird curses, many of which have no solution.

Charlie also has a mission. The protected area in Romania is home to the largest number of two-winged fire dragons in the world. Although this powerful creature is unruly and extremely difficult to control.

But Dumbledore also knew that some cruel and insidious black magic methods could control them 'limitedly'.

"Bang -" there was a slight crackling sound, and Mr. Weasley's figure appeared in the kitchen.

He looked flushed and in high spirits. Harry could clearly see a small piece of something sticking out of Mr. Weasley's pocket. It was a flashlight. It seemed that Dudley had given the unused flashlight to Mr. Weasley.

He clapped his hands and shouted loudly:

"Guys, time is limited!

Get moving and don’t forget the mission your mother has given you!

Bill, Charlie, go buy the items on the menu, Fred George, take Ron to decorate the garden, tables, chairs, tablecloths, tableware——

By the way, don't let the goblins make trouble, and if there are any weeds, remove the weeds! "

Harry hurriedly stretched out his hand: "Mr. Weasley, I want to help too!"

Arthur hesitated for a while, asking guests to help was not the way to treat guests, but seeing Harry's determined look, he quickly compromised: "Okay, Harry, then you follow Ron."

The Weasley brothers stood up from the table and walked outside while chatting and laughing. Harry followed a few people to the garden, and then he remembered and asked:

"By the way Ron, where's Mrs. Weasley?"

"Oh - don't mention it, buddy." Ron sighed, looking like he was complaining, but Harry always felt that he was quite proud.

"Remember Christmas? That time at Zhang's house? He invited mom to be the general manager of the house elf labor company."

Harry nodded.

"Since then, my mother has changed. She has to dress more formally than my father every day, devotes herself to her career, and is so busy every day. Now we can only eat casually.

She always said the elves were still training.

But her income—"

Ron's voice lowered and he whispered: "Twice as good as dad!"

"Wow!" Harry couldn't help but exclaimed.

"But there's a benefit, man. Even though mom is very busy, all my stuff is new, man! Brand new school uniforms, and dress robes—"

Ron's eyes shone brightly, and he murmured with longing:

"My mom even considered giving me a broom for Christmas. Oh my God, this would be great. My own broom that I can fly whenever I want!"

"That's so cool Ron!" Harry couldn't help but get excited. He held Ron's arm and shook it vigorously: "When the time comes, we will train together, and there will be someone available in the team soon!

I know your strength and you will definitely be selected for the team. "

The two little wizards cheered each other excitedly, looking forward to the days of flying together in the sky.

By the time they came to their senses, the garden was almost completely decorated. Two long tables were joined together, covered with white tablecloths, and the tableware was neatly placed on them.

Glittering under the lights, with vats of butterbeer placed aside, it looked like a sumptuous banquet.

Bill and Charlie were back, and they were watching Fred and George control the benches to collide in the air, trying to knock each other out of the sky.

Harry was a little embarrassed, but Ron was obviously used to it. For them who could use magic, it was really simple.

"Where's Sirius? Don't you want to watch the World Cup?"

"Come here, he's a little busy right now. He should be here later, right? After all, we agreed last time to meet at the Burrow."

Just then, a loud shout came from the garden gate:

"Harry, Harry!"

They stood up, and Sirius stood in the distance with his hands open, looking at them with a smile on his face.

Sirius's arrival seemed to be a signal, and Mrs. Weasley returned soon after, taking Hermione with her.

The clever little witch went directly to 12 Grimmauld Place and asked Mrs. Weasley to take her with her.

This way she doesn't have to go back and forth on the bus, she just has to Disapparate with Mrs. Weasley.

After a while, Malfoy landed on a broomstick wearing a full flight suit. Harry and Ron's eyes were red with envy.

They whispered that this was illegal, but looking at their looks, it was clear that they wanted to do this if they had the chance.

When a crisp cry came from the sky, and the swooping peregrine falcon turned over and turned into Zhang Xiao's figure and slowly fell down, the atmosphere reached a climax.

(The ground on the country road is uneven, and the Ferrari chassis cannot be driven in)
