578 Who is 'She'?

Chapter 578: Who is 'She'?

At that moment, a soul traveled through the River of Time in seconds and soon appeared in a world filled with greenery and freshness.

After a few seconds, a bright sun ascended from the western sky, illuminating the whole world.

Then, a mysterious divine force came from the sun, enveloped the soul, and started reconstructing its original consciousness.

The original consciousness of this soul got reborn in the world within a few seconds and appeared good as new.

After that, the soul form appeared in the physical world and formed into an appearance of a wavy black-haired woman with green eyes.

She wore a dress with a high neckline and long sleeves made of lace and had an oval face, slim physique, and fair skin.

After arriving at this mysterious place, the young woman in her mid-twenties quietly scanned around and soon shifted her gaze towards the faraway golden palace that appeared at the summit of a lone mountain.

As she was about to look at its interior through her [Worm Eyes] skill, a sudden burning sensation assaulted her mind and caused her to stagger.

She instantly realized her mistake and hurriedly knelt on the ground.

"Forgive me for overstepping my bounds, Lord of the Sun!" She said with a respectful look on her face.

Simultaneously, she noticed that the space around her began to distort and soon pulled her somewhere.

Before she could blink, she noticed that the surroundings turned blurry for a second and soon found herself standing in front of a throne hall.

At that moment, a young elven man sat on the golden throne and gazed at her soul through his amber eyes. He had slightly long blonde hair, monolid eyes, a high nose bridge, an oval face, and pointy ears, and he appeared to be around 20 to 25 years old.

He wore a tunic, a long shirt-like garment made of silk with long sleeves, a loose-fitting brown surcoat extending up to his knees, black shoes, and even a unique golden bracelet in his hand.

That young woman noticed the elf's presence and instantly knelt on the ground again.

"This lowly servant greets the Divine One!" She said, trying her best not to look up at the divine figure.

"Violet... Rise." A cold yet calm voice came out of the young elf's mouth, causing her body to stiffen.

"Y-Yes, Divine One." She nodded stiffly and stood up before looking at his feet.

"I finally managed to have him drink Angel's Wine potion, Divine One. Although he will hate me to the core now, one day he will realize that I did that to make him reach the pinnacle."

Meanwhile, Abium showed an amused look and nodded.

"It seems you have grown fond of him during the past few decades. So, how is he? Is he ready to confront the Wisdom God's true body?"

"I wouldn't say he is ready to face a Demi-god level being yet, Divine One. Although he has grown strong enough to stand on par against a peak level Legend, he is still far away from reaching that realm."

"Then, we have to wait for a while. It's better if we postpone our attack to the end of the upcoming Chaos Era." He paused for a moment and soon asked.

"What about your original mission? Did you find out who is hiding behind Asher?"

"No, Divine One. But Charles seems to have some connection with that entity. To be precise, he managed to decipher the words that entity scrambled on a paper once." Violet deliberated for a moment and then added.

"But in front of Divine One's true might, that entity will be nothing but an insect."

"Naive thinking. That entity has already gotten its hand on the Miracle Gold coin. What surprised me was that Miracle Gold Coin didn't retaliate and likely accepted that entity as its successor. Strange. I heard that even Time God Udnir didn't manage to get his hand on a Miracle Gold Coin and even experienced its wrath for millennia." Abium fell into deep thoughts momentarily and soon stood up from his throne.

Simultaneously, he waved his hand and forcefully teleported Violet out of his Divine Kingdom.

Then, he turned around and started walking towards the strange, mysterious fountain that appeared behind the golden throne. It was a tall fountain with mysterious white clouds surrounding it. It had five unique flower plants, almost like lotus flowers peeking out of the water, and appeared in five different corners. But the petals appeared more like crystals and formed a unique crystalline flower.

One looked crystalline white, another looked more like a bluish flower, the third looked reddish-orange and radiated sunshine aura around it, and the fourth looked dark greyish and even made the surroundings look black and white. The final one appeared almost like an unborn flower. Instead of a flower, it appeared more like a bud and only had a few petals.

If someone looked at this mysterious flower closely, they would find those petals were Divinities!

Abium quietly stepped towards the crystalline flower and touched it before closing his eyes.

A moment later, his eyes turned completely white and reformed into countless minute eyes.

At that moment, Abium saw more than 1 million visions, ranging from ten seconds to a distant future, and started calculating the anomalies.

A few minutes later, he slowly removed his hand from the crystalline flower and frowned.

"Anangu? Who is this forgotten Goddess? I think I've heard of this name before. Azolla, can you tell me when?"

A strange silence appeared for a while, followed by a mature woman's voice in his head.

'Did you forget the Barekeep Incident, lad? That time when you entered someone's strange dream and met an evil entity.'

At that moment, his eyes turned white, showing him a single vision.

In that vision, he saw a black-haired young woman sitting under a tall tree shadow and appearing to be meditative. She had a Nubian nose, straight long hair that almost reached her waist, ebony skin, and a pretty lean face that captivated his heart in a moment. She wore a long grey cloth draped around the body in a unique style and tied at the waist, with one end draped over the shoulder, giving a unique traditional style.

"She is Anangu?" As he muttered, the young woman in his vision suddenly moved her eyelashes, revealing her gem-like bluish eyes.

Simultaneously, the young woman opened her mouth and started to sing.

"In the groves of fierce mountains, Ananku wear

bright flowers and appears in whatever form desired.

male Owl, along with its female, hoots in the

Huge, dark town square at this confusing

midnight time, when she rises and roams in many forms.

Like an Angel who descends from heaven,

She wanders mostly with ghouls and spirits.

She was called a Queen of Ghouls.

...

Let her descend to this world." [A/N: If you guys read ROA, you will find this similar song in Chapter.51.]

As the young woman stopped singing, she blinked her eyes twice and suddenly looked up at the blue sky.

At that moment, Abium suddenly felt a gaze from a distant past and widened his eyes.

Simultaneously, Anangu's lips arched upward and formed into a grin.

"So, you are the young troublemaker from the faraway future, huh? Abium... Myxenta's favourite child, and also the current owner of the Core of Itera... You need to take a step back this time, child. Prying into my future is not a good thing for you."

As she spoke, the vision turned blurry and broke into multiple pieces, like broken glasses.

Meanwhile, Abium showed a startled look and looked confused.

After some time, he closed his eyes again and started looking at the future visions of a brand new timeline!

"She even escaped from my eyes all this time? She is strong... Much stronger than the Peak level Udnir!" While muttering, he looked at Edhen World's future and soon squinted his eyes.

"So that's how it came to an end. I thought Eddie's prophecy has a fault but didn't expect this kind of outcome. What a terrible future. Hope Charles achieves my goal and helps me obtain the Wisdom Heart while using this chaos."

Saying so, he returned to the golden throne and quietly sat on it.
