Late at night.

In a mid-range business hotel, a room is still lit.

The man in a polo shirt and glasses sat at his desk, opened his laptop, and carefully wrote his email.

“Observation Report on Oriental Player Chu Xuan”

Jurgen, hello. This is followed by a regular monthly debriefing.

THAT ORIENTAL PLAYER YOU MENTIONED THREE YEARS AGO XUAN · CHU, I’ve found it.

Unfortunately, he is no longer a professional footballer.

Through the news of friends in the oriental industry, it is learned that his career has been completely sentenced to death.

He suffered a torn cruciate ligament in ’05 and recuperated for 7 months.

The Football Association, which was already dissatisfied with him, found a valid reason and refused his request to join the Olympic team.

What was the initial reason for rejecting him, there is no detailed intelligence. In short, this is completely incomprehensible to me.

How can a football association refuse such a talented young man?

Back to the topic, in order to prove himself after recovering from injury, CHU rushed to return to gain weight and gain weight, and finally failed to be selected for the national Olympic team.

Later, because of the language problems in the interview, he was completely banned by the local football circle.

The only club that supported him also collapsed in arrears. At home, he failed to get a tryout and then said goodbye to professional football.

That’s why we never heard from him.

On a recent expedition mission in England, I accidentally saw CHU in the city of Sheffield!

He currently plays for the amateur side of England’s 8th Division.

I start with the scout’s conclusion: give him up completely.

The level of professional football in the East already needs to be improved. There is a big gap between his basic skills and the top level in Europe.

In addition, he has been away from high-level vocational training for nearly 18 months, and he has no experience in competition.

His football level has declined badly, and coupled with injuries, he is no longer the talented teenager he was in ’05.

I suggest that there is no need to revisit.

Next is the analysis of CHU’s various modules.

Body ——

Confrontation: 4 points. CHU has exercise habits and maintains good physical skills. But the level of muscle is not up to the top level in Europe.

When playing against defenders of height and weight, he tends to be on the downside.

Balance: 8 points. Due to his body fat percentage and muscle control, he is able to maintain enough balance to quickly adjust his body and complete technical movements.

Flexibility: 9 points. He has great flexibility and can form shots with all kinds of unconventional movements. Similar to Swedish player Zlatan.

Speed ——

Speed with the ball: 5 points. At his peak, CHU’s speed of 9 points was close to a perfect score, and he could often hit the enemy team with the ball.

But now due to his injuries, he has lost the explosive power to start instantly.

He could not form enough acceleration. And in terms of top speed, it does not have an advantage.

Speed without the ball: 6 points. When he’s off the ball, he’s nimble and starts slightly faster, allowing him to get away from defense quickly.

Touch the ball –

Sports touch: 5 points. Dribble touch at semi-professional level. No more dribbling assault missions can be completed.

In the top professional arena, dribbling for more than 3 seconds is easy to concede. He had previously used speed more to force overtaking.

Static touch: 8 points. The ability to stop the ball is relatively good, and it has a top-level league foothold.

Ability to handle the ball effectively in tight spaces in the box.

Two-foot touch: 7 points. The feet are balanced, and the right foot is slightly dominant.

Passing-

Long pass: 3 points. Long passing is not what he is good at, and all indicators are amateur level.

Short pass: 6 points. Barely professional, uncreative, can only be delivered in the safest way.

Cross: 3 points. Outline.

One kick out of the ball:? Mediocre passing ability. But there are some key moments that have the ability to kick the ball with a brilliant kick.

For the time being, it is impossible to draw conclusions from observations, and professional tests are required.

Run-

Physical fitness: 10 points (temporary). For the time being, no trend of decline in his physical fitness has been found. It’s still great for 90 minutes.

A high level of confrontation is required to test accurately.

Run without the ball: 10 points. Talented! Comparable to the genius of Philippe Inzaghi!

Be in the most dangerous position at any time!

Motivation: 10 points. He’s always running and fighting for any ball.

No tiny possibility is missed. The attitude is more than the vast majority of professional players.

Shot-

Shots on goal in the box: 8 points. Excellent shooting footwork, skillful technical movements, and high shooting percentage. There’s room for improvement.

Long range: 6 points. Lack of core strength, accuracy, lack of ball speed. Scoring in the top league is harder.

Kick:? There are no relevant records.

Comprehensive: No special habits in the shooting area, goals recorded at any angle.

Strong desire to shoot, decisive when necessary, full of confidence.

Defense –

Active defense and able to execute tactical arrangements perfectly. Take the initiative to grab and aggressively strong. Excellent sense of location and cool head.

Comprehensive evaluation ——

CHU is 19 years old and has basically reached its maximum potential. Personally, I expect that there is limited room for improvement.

Advantages: full score for mentality, full score for physical fitness, full score for running without the ball, full score for goal efficiency.

He scored 10 goals in four games a month, averaging 2.5 goals per game and was surprisingly efficient.

And often able to turn the tide in key moments, he has played 3 world waves so far, and the goals want to be wonderful.

Cons: speed, body, dribbling, passing.

Role positioning: pure scoring type, finishing forward, single tactical role.

Professional achievements: So far, only the top league in the East, the World Youth Championship experience.

Excellent performance in amateur leagues, but without high-level confrontation, lack of reference value.

To sum up, I personally recommend abandoning Chu Xuan and switching to other observation targets.
