Harry Potter: The Path of Destiny

Chapter 25 Hogsmeade Village

"What are you and Harry and the others planning recently? You often go to the library."

In order to find out who Nicolas Flamel is, they have spent most of the recent time buried in the stacks of books in the library. Nydia feels that the collection of books here may be more than that of Field Manor. However, after several days of searching, they still found nothing.

"There is no plan, it's just that Hermione said that our grades are too bad and she wants to give us tutoring!" Nidia didn't want to involve Michelle in this matter.

"So you're going to be a boring nerd?" Michelle said. She was not very satisfied with the recent situation where Nydia had been stuck with Harry and others.

"How could it be? Reading more books can increase knowledge, how can it be boring!" Nidia immediately danced and jumped in front of Michelle, trying her best to prove that she was not boring.

"If you hadn't become an idiot, you would definitely not refuse the twin brothers' invitation this time." Michelle showed a sly smile.

"What invitation?" Nidia's impression was that although the twin brothers were very warm, friendly, lively and humorous, their mischievous behavior was indeed a headache. She declined invitations several times because she was worried that she would do something outrageous with them.

"Don't worry, it's not a prank." Michelle understood Nidia's worry. "Fred said he was going to take us to an interesting place this time. You won't want to miss it."

"An interesting place?" Last time they said they were going to an interesting place. After Nidia went there, she discovered that they wanted to break into the corridor on the fourth floor. Fortunately, Nidia already knew what was going on inside from Harry. , stopped them in time. The twins felt that their status in the school was in jeopardy because Harry had broken through before them. In the next few days, they caused a lot of troubles one after another, and Filch was furious about it.

"This time is different from last time. There is no danger. Fred specially emphasized that." Michelle said.

"Are you sure?" Nidia was a little unsure. In fact, she always felt that Michelle regretted not being able to enter the corridor on the fourth floor last time.

"I swear to Merlin!" Michelle said solemnly.

"Okay! Where are we going this time?" Nidia felt a little helpless.

"I really don't know. We'll find out when we go there." Michelle said, "On the weekend."

At the weekend, Nydia and Michelle went to find the Weasley twins as promised.

"I can guarantee that your trip will not be wasted this time." Fred said confidently.

"I'm sure we will finally advise you to come back!" George agreed. Nitya can now roughly distinguish the two of them, as long as they don't deliberately confuse them.

"So sure? When will we set off?" Michelle was already very curious about our destination today.

"Wait a minute. To be on the safe side, let's survey the road conditions first." After saying that, George took out a piece of parchment from his pocket, then took out his wand and touched the parchment lightly. "I solemnly swear that I have done no good things."

Text began to appear on the originally blank parchment, and then lines appeared. What the lines outlined turned out to be a map of Hogwarts Castle.

"What is this?" Nitya asked in surprise.

"This is our treasure, the Marauder's Map. We got it from Filch." Fred smiled proudly.

"Very good, Filch is not on our route, we can set off." George said after looking at the map for a long time.

"Does it also show where everyone is?" Nydia asked again.

"Yes, it helped us a lot."

"He'll never catch us in Filch."

George and Fred were very proud to own this map.

"I don't know how long it was at Filch's, but that idiot didn't know how to use it."

"What a waste of money."

"That's right, its wonderful functions are completely buried."

"Can you see everyone's movements from above?" Nidia was very curious about this Marauder's Map.

"Yes, as long as you are willing." Fred replied while leading the way. He seemed to see that Nidia wanted to find something from here. "Who do you want to see?"

"No, not really. I'm just asking out of curiosity." Nidia actually wanted to check Quirrell's movements, but she didn't want to arouse other people's curiosity.

"Okay, we're here." George stood firm.

"A mirror?" Michelle said in confusion.

"Yes, in fact we are here today to show you how to look in the mirror. How can you be surprised or not?" George said seriously.

"This is the biggest floor-to-ceiling mirror in the school." Fred echoed his words.

"I don't believe it." Michelle looked unbelieving.

"There must be a passage behind this mirror!" Nidia said.

"How do you know?" Michelle asked in surprise. "Have you been here? Or did they tell you beforehand? That's not fair."

"I saw it from the picture just now. There is a passage behind the mirror." Nidia noticed that the map not only included the routes they often passed, but also many hidden passages.

"What a smart girl." Fred praised.

"There are seven ways out, but we recommend ladies to take this one. It won't make you dirty." George said.

Fred took out his wand and looked into the mirror and read "The Secret Appears". The originally calm mirror surface suddenly became turbid, and then the mirror surface spread around like a liquid, and a channel appeared where the mirror originally was.

"Let's go, we can reach today's destination through him." George said.

"Finally, there is a decent passage. Did you finally realize that I am a lady today?" Michelle exclaimed. When she followed them around, she had gone through all kinds of passages and often came back covered in dirt.

"Oh, although I think the other passages are more interesting, Fred suggested this passage, and it was obviously not you who was looking after you." George said.

"This is unfair. I protest against this unfair treatment." Although Michelle said it was unfair, her face did not look unhappy. Instead, she kept up with George with a smile.

Nydia was also curious about where this secret passage in the school would lead, so she quickly followed their pace. When they all entered, the mirror returned to its original state.

"Here we are."

"Welcome to the final destination of today's Weasley Express, Hogsmeade."

Coming out of the passage, what appeared in front of Nidia and others was a prosperous village. Heavy snow fell in December. The small huts and shops in the village were covered with a layer of crunchy snow, which looked very similar. Picture on Christmas card.

"I've heard about this place. You have to be in third grade to get here." Michelle said in surprise.

"Is it okay for us to be discovered?" Nidia found that there were many Hogwarts students walking around the village, but they were slightly older than them.

"No problem. At most, you can just say that you are just a shorter third grader. No one will care so much," George said easily. It seems that they had already passed through the secret passage before the third grade. .

"But if you encounter teachers, you still have to be careful to avoid them. Although they don't come in many, they are not absolute." Fred reminded.

"Okay, you can go and have fun. I recommend Honeydukes Candy House. You won't want to miss their fudge."

"George and I are going to Zuko's Magic Joke Shop. Please take your time and browse around! We'll meet here when we go back later, or you can come find us there. We'll always be there."

After Fred finished speaking, he and George left. It was safe here and they did not need to worry about the safety of the two girls.

"It's great. I've wanted to come here for a long time. I thought I had to wait until the third grade to come." Michelle was so happy.

"I didn't expect that there is such a place next to the school. I think we can go shopping. Christmas is coming soon, and I am worried that I don't have time to prepare Christmas gifts!" Nidia is also very happy. This will be It was her first Christmas since having friends, and she didn't want to disappoint anyone with gifts.

"Please don't let me know what you gave me. It will make me lose interest in opening the gift." Michelle said.

"Of course, the same goes for you." Nidia smiled and dragged Michelle towards the village. This place was beyond her expectations.

It was approaching evening, and Nydia and Michelle left the village to reunite with the twin brothers and returned to Hogwarts. They tried various delicious snacks in Hogsmeade Village and brought some in their pockets. When they went back, they didn't dare to take too much for fear of attracting other people's attention. They visited all the shops, and Nitya had basically locked in the Christmas list she needed to buy. There were only a few items that she still needed to think about.

"Can we come over by ourselves in the future?" Nidia asked Fred.

"Of course you can, but you have to be careful not to be discovered, especially Filch, and you'd better choose when our senior students come over, so that you won't be so suspicious." Fred said.

"Thank you, Fred and George, this place is great." Nydia, who has been tracking down Nicolas Flamel, found that it feels really good to relax like this occasionally.
