Hogwarts Outsider

Chapter 37: suspects

The two wings of the eagle-headed horse-winged beast are all spread out, almost twelve feet long, like a small airplane.

Matthew can only bend down and try to hug his neck.

The two wings flapped constantly, which also made Matthew feel very uncomfortable; because the calf would trip from time to time, as if he might be thrown off the bird's back at any time.

The smooth feathers slid under his fingers, but he didn't dare to pull it hard for fear of angering the giant bird, so he could only hug the neck as hard as he could.

While the hind legs of the eagle-headed horse with winged beasts fluctuated up and down with the flapping of their wings, Matthew also felt that he was shaking up and down violently.

Everything on the ground began to shrink at a speed visible to the naked eye.

The wind whizzed in his ears, the air blew through his hair, and his robe hulled and fluttered behind him...

Matthew opened his eyes hard and looked around.

The sun has not fully risen, but the sky is already bright.

Suddenly, he had a strange feeling, everything was in sight, as if they were all under his control!

Is this what it's like to fly...

  ……

Until the eagle-headed horse-winged beast landed in front of Professor Keitelburn's cabin, Matthew's legs were still shaking slightly.

"Wakefield, your practice after class this week is over!" Professor Keitelburn also jumped off the eagle-headed horse-winged beast.

He put down the corpse of the unicorn, and then on the roof beam of the hut, he removed a plucked pheasant.

"Next, kid!" He threw the pheasant at the eagle-headed horse-winged beast.

The eagle-headed horse-winged beast leaped high, took the pheasant, and then began to tear it with its claws, and began its breakfast.

"Professor Kettleborn!" Matthew suddenly remembered something, and he quickly handed the teapot in his hand back to Professor Kettleborn.

"Oh, damn, I almost forgot it!" Professor Keitelburn patted his forehead, he quickly took the teapot carefully, and put it on a wooden table in front of the cabin.

"I should bring it back when I left the forbidden forest, otherwise, if you drop it while flying, that would be terrible!" Professor Keitelburn said to himself over there.

Matthew's legs no longer shake, he also patted the feathers on his robe: "Then Professor Keitelburn, after class practice is over, can I go back?"

"Of course." Professor Keitelburn nodded: "Mainly there was a little accident today. I have to go to the castle again to tell President Rozier about the unicorn attack..."

While talking, Professor Keitelburn carried the body of the unicorn on his back again.

"That's great!" Matthew thought to himself in his heart.

It's only a quarter past six in the morning. If you go back to the castle now, it means you haven't been delayed at all this weekend.

"We can go to the castle together..." Professor Keitelburn was stunned when he was speaking.

His eyes looked in the direction of the Forbidden Forest, and his face gradually became serious.

Because at exactly this time, there was a figure, some sneaking out of the forbidden forest.

  ……

Professor Kettleburn drew his wand and walked forward.

   "Who!" he shouted sharply.

After tens of yards, he saw clearly who the man who came out of the forbidden forest was--

"Professor Troca?" Professor Keitelburn seemed to be relieved: "So it was you, I thought it was a student who sneaked into the forbidden forest..."

From the Forbidden Forest, it is indeed Professor Troka, the teacher of Transfiguration.

His face is slightly healthier than before, and he is no longer so haggard and pale.

When being stopped by Professor Kettleborn, Professor Troca seemed to be taken aback.

   "Good morning...Professor Keitelburn..." He stammered.

While talking, he looked a little horrified and glanced at the sun about to rise on the skyline.

"Why are you here?" Professor Keitelburn looked at each other up and down with suspicious eyes, and asked.

"I just heard that in the Forbidden Forest at Hogwarts... You can find shrunken figs..." Professor Troka continued to answer intermittently, "So I came here to find..."

"It doesn't have to be so early, right?" Professor Keitelburn still looked suspiciously: "It's just past six o'clock... Besides, did you find it?"

"Of course..." Professor Troca nodded first, then shook his head quickly: "I mean, I haven't found..."

"Then next time I go to the Forbidden Forest, I will help you find a few." Professor Keitelburn said coldly.

"Thank you so much..." Professor Troka nodded quickly, he looked very anxious, and glanced at the sky: "I have to go back to the castle, Professor Kettleborn, let's talk next time..."

After , he walked quickly towards the castle without looking back.

Professor Keitelburn glanced at the back of Professor Troka, and then at the corpse of the unicorn, he frowned.

"Let's go to the castle too, Wickfield!" He didn't forget that there was another student.

   However, there was no response.

It seems that Matthew Wickfield has left early.

"These young people now!" Professor Kettleborn shook his head helplessly, and then walked towards the Hogwarts castle.

  ……

On the second floor of Hogwarts Castle, the office of Vice President Professor Vita Rozier——

Professor Rozier got up early and came to her office. Now she is drinking black tea.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door.

Professor Rozier frowned, put down the black tea in his hand and closed the lid at the same time.

Then, she just said, "Please come in!"

"Professor Rozier!" Professor Keitelburn opened the door, limped in, and placed the body of the unicorn on the ground.

"Sivanos, what's the matter?" Professor Rozier looked at the corpse on the ground ~www.ltnovel.com~ and asked softly.

"This unicorn was murdered, less than an hour ago... When I found its body, it was still warm." Professor Keitelburn explained quickly.

As he spoke, Professor Rozier had already bent down and checked the corpse on the ground.

"The blood has been absorbed..." she murmured.

   "That's right!" Professor Keitelburn nodded.

Professor Rozier seems to be stunned there, seems to be thinking about something——

Almost a few minutes later, she finally spoke again: "I see, Sivanos... Leave this corpse here, and I will check it again."

   "Okay." Professor Keitelburn stopped talking.

"What else is there?" Professor Rozier looked up.

"Yes... not long after I discovered the unicorn's corpse, on the edge of the forbidden forest, I met Professor Troka. He looked sneaky..." Professor Keitelburn said in a low voice.

"Professor Troca." Professor Rozier's expression did not fluctuate, she just nodded gently: "Okay, I see, Sivanos."

   "Then goodbye, ma'am!"

Professor Kettleborn left this office soon.

Professor Rozier lightly waved his magic wand, a cabinet on one side was automatically opened, and then the body of the unicorn flew into the cabinet——

And Professor Rozier returned to her seat.

She also picked up the cup of black tea again and took a sip.

A drop of black tea fell on the ground accidentally...

Its color is a bit strange, very red, like the red of blood!
