Hogwarts: Wizards Supreme

Chapter 100 Narration

"You are still alive," Myrtle said disappointedly.

"There's no need for you to speak in such a disappointed tone." Harry wiped the blood from his glasses and said with a straight face.

"The professors are all looking for you," Myrtle said boredly, "I didn't tell them..."

"Well, thank you very much." Harry said stiffly. He dragged Ron's body and ran out.

Fox flew to the front and looked back to guide them in the direction.

The corridors were deserted, and all the young wizards had been ordered back to the common room.

They followed Fawkes in large strides, their hollow footsteps echoing in the deserted corridor. A moment later, they arrived outside Professor McGonagall's office. Brian's expression was expressionless as Harry knocked on the door and then pushed it open.

The house was quiet. Dumbledore stood in front of the fireplace, his face gentle and kind. Professor McGonagall clutched her chest with her hands and gasped for air.

Fawkes threw Fred's body to the ground, where it landed on Dumbledore's shoulders.

"Oh, Potter, and Foley..." Professor McGonagall looked a little pale and said in a feeble tone, "You... what on earth did you do..."

"Professor, they need help!" Harry said urgently.

"Don't be nervous, Harry." Dumbledore checked the situation of Fred and Ron, and waved his wand several times at Ron.

Ron woke up with a groan, jumped up from the ground, and touched his wand everywhere.

"Mr. Weasley, the matter is over, you are safe." Dumbledore comforted Ron with a kind tone, pointed his wand at Fred and recited the healing spell to heal his wounds.

Professor McGonagall pulled Harry, pointed her wand at his cheek and said "wound healing", causing the bloody wound on his face to slowly heal.

"I'm not injured, Professor." Brian slowly shook his head when he saw Professor McGonagall wanting to come over to treat him.

"I have to check. Maybe there are any wounds left by dark magic, which are invisible." Professor McGonagall pulled Brian over and carefully swept his whole body with the wand.

"You don't know how I felt after I found out that you were missing..." Professor McGonagall said with a choked voice, "Ah, by the way, I have to inform them that they don't have to look around anymore."

After checking Brian's condition, she hurried out.

Dumbledore healed Fred's wounds and examined his condition thoughtfully, giving Brian a meaningful look in his eyes.

Brian quietly used a cleaning spell on himself to make his clothes tidy again, without looking at Dumbledore.

Soon, Professor McGonagall rushed back, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, and... to Brian's surprise, his parents.

"Ron! Fred!" Mrs. Weasley rushed over. He hugged Harry and Ron tightly into his arms, wiping away tears. Mr. Weasley picked up Fred.

"You saved Fred! You saved him..." she choked. Then she put her arms around Fred.

Mrs. Foley's light red hair was a little messy, her eyes were red, and her pale lips were pursed tightly.

"Mom, I..." Brian opened his mouth, and then he was hugged tightly by Mrs. Foley.

Brian could feel Mrs. Foley's body shaking slightly, and she choked with sobs: "Is something okay? Are you not hurt?" Brian felt his shoulders were wet with tears.

"No, look at how clean I am, there's nothing wrong with me." Brian forced a smile.

Mr. Foley sighed softly, reached out and patted his shoulder: "Stop running around, it almost killed me today."

"I won't run around again." Brian patted Mrs. Foley's back and said softly.

"Then tell me what exactly you did?" Mr. Foley's face darkened, "How many of you went to participate in a death-defying adventure game together? Why didn't the Sorting Hat throw you to Gryffindor?"

"Albert, why are you so mean! Brian is scared!" Mrs. Foley hugged Brian tightly and said to him with tears in her eyes.

"He doesn't look frightened..." Mr. Foley blinked and muttered in a low voice, "On the contrary, we are much more embarrassed than him..."

"I'm sorry for making you worry," Brian said softly, somewhat helplessly, "I just had something I had to do, and of course, I was prepared in advance..." But they didn't expect the school to notify them so quickly.

A group of people were talking. When everyone's mood gradually calmed down, Dumbledore blinked and said, "So, can you tell me what you did?"

Harry hesitated for a moment and looked at Brian. Brian nodded slightly to him and said, "Go ahead." He asked Harry not to tell anyone in public that he had obtained the diary.

Harry placed the Sorting Hat and the Sword of Gryffindor on the table and began to tell them everything exactly. Everyone listened attentively and the room was silent.

After Harry told how they investigated the Chamber of Secrets, Professor McGonagall said: "Very well, you have violated more than a hundred school rules along the way... Okay, you continue..."

Harry continued to talk about how Brian had investigated the truth and helped him hide the fact that he had obtained the diary. He only vaguely said that Brian found out that the cause was a diary. Everyone looked at Brian in amazement, and Mrs. Weasley's expression was complicated and grateful.

Harry continued to talk about the Chamber of Secrets, and when Fred was possessed by Voldemort, Mrs. Weasley let out a low sob. Mrs. Foley's face was pale, and Mr. Foley stared at the unconscious Fred with a very ugly expression.

Then, he talked about the subsequent battle, how to deal with the basilisk, and finally Brian knocked Tom unconscious.

"In other words, you didn't find the diary?" Professor McGonagall said urgently.

"Yes, the diary was hidden. I used the flying spell to search for it, but I couldn't find it." Brian said calmly, "Fox didn't find any trace of it either."

"Then...him, is he still possessing Fred?" Ron said in shock, looking at Fred as if he was looking at something scary.

"No, there is no other soul in him." Dumbledore said slowly.

The Weasleys breathed a sigh of relief, and Harry and Ron smiled.

"What I'm wondering about, Brian, is how did you let Voldemort's soul leave his body?" Dumbledore looked at Brian with his blue eyes.

"I just knocked him out, Professor." Brian smiled slightly, "I'm not sure why he left this body."

"Really?" Dumbledore stared at him with burning blue eyes.

Brian lowered his eyes.

After finding that he couldn't get Tom to leave Fred's body, Brian changed his approach, which was to find a way to make him unconscious and see if he could leave his soul.

He knew that Tom should be within the target range of "death". But the particularity of the Horcrux made him unsure.

According to Brian's idea, when Tom's body is in a state of unconsciousness and the Horcrux inhabited by Tom is not with him, it should be difficult for him to resist the call of "death".

So he did it according to his own ideas. As for success or failure, there would be no problem if he gave it a try.

Brian wasn't worried that Tom would threaten the departed little wizards. According to the portrait of Slytherin, "death" will ensure that all souls trapped within it will not be harmed.

However, just in case, Brian had to explore the mystery of "death" early.

"So, was it Fred who took the diary and was controlled by 'him'?" Mrs. Weasley said hoarsely, "causing...those incidents?"

"Obviously not, Molly." Dumbledore said, "The timing didn't match up. Voldemort just chose him as the body to possess. The real heir is someone else..."

"Who could that be?" Harry asked.

"Gilderoy Lockhart escaped from Hogwarts after you entered the Chamber of Secrets..." Professor McGonagall said. "The Ministry of Magic believes that he is highly suspicious and is currently looking for him...or in other words, Albus , do you have any other clues?"

Dumbledore shook his head cautiously, his expression looking a little solemn.

"We have to see if they can capture Gilderoy first. But could it really be him?" he murmured quietly.

"No matter what, just leave the rest to me. You are already very tired, go back and have a rest." Dumbledore said, "Of course, Harry, I think you have a lot to say to me."

Harry nodded, biting his lip slightly.

"By the way, Brian, I was wondering if I could come to the principal's office at seven o'clock this evening?" Dumbledore winked at Brian.

"That won't work, Dumbledore." Mr. Foley said sarcastically, "I think Brian's application to leave school has been approved."

Dumbledore just looked at Brian.

Brian pondered for a moment, nodded and said, "Okay."

Mr. Foley looked at Brian as if he were looking at something puzzling.

Brian directly dragged him away from here.
