Hogwarts: Wizards Supreme

Chapter 48 Birthday Party

Brian finally put his clothes together, making Mrs. Foley reluctantly nod in satisfaction.

He took the beautifully wrapped gift box, and Wendy, the house elf, took him and apparated to the door of Greengrass' house.

"Master, you only need to call my name, and Wendy will come to pick you up." Wendy blinked her big glass ball-like eyes and said sharply.

"Okay." Brian nodded and knocked on the door of Greengrass' house.

This is a beautiful country villa with exquisite gardens, spacious green lawns, and a beautiful artificial lake surrounded by green trees. It is like a dream castle that only appears in fairy tales.

"Brian, you're here!" Daphne ran out. She was wearing a beautiful blue robe, looking elegant and noble.

"Daphne." Brian smiled and nodded, "You are stunningly beautiful tonight."

"Thank you." Daphne smiled and narrowed her eyes.

At this time, there was only a "pop" sound, and Draco appeared out of thin air. He threw away the house elf. The house elf was wearing a worn pillowcase. He bowed deeply, his slender nose almost touching the ground, and then he disapparated.

"Oh, this house elf, he is the most unruly one in our family, so bad." Draco muttered quietly, then looked at the two of them and said, "Hey, I hope I'm not late."

"Of course not, the others have just arrived." Daphne smiled.

They walked through the long cobblestone path and walked up the blue stone steps, and Daphne opened the door to the house.

"Welcome to my home." She said with a bright smile.

The foyer was bright and clean, with beautifully patterned carpets covering the floor. Daphne led them up the golden escalator and entered a room on the second floor.

Inside is a spacious living room that has been carefully decorated, with beautiful ribbons, colored lights and flower vines hanging on the walls and ceiling.

Pansy Parkinson was twisting the knob of a box, causing beautiful bouquets of flowers to erupt from the top. Next to her was Millicent Bursted, who was in the same grade, and several other girls, all of whom were Daphne's friends at school.

On the other side is Blaise Chabini. Oh my god, Daphne dares to invite him! He was playing a recorder, and a swarm of golden bees was dancing along with it.

There is a thin boy watching quietly next to him. He is Theodore Nott, a very smart and creative boy. He shared a dormitory with Blaise and was Draco's best friend.

Brian and Theodore were not very familiar with each other, because both of them had inactive personalities and rarely talked to each other. But Mr. Foley and Mr. Nott have a good relationship.

On the sofa, sitting alone was a thin little girl. She had a similar appearance to Daphne, but her complexion was too pale. Her golden curly hair hung down on her chest, and her eyes were blue. She also has a demure and dignified temperament, but is quieter and gentler than Daphne.

At this time, she was watching with great interest the various gadgets made by others, and she seemed very interested.

"This is my sister, Astoria." Daphne introduced, running over and ruffling the little girl's hair.

"Sister, don't make trouble." The little girl helplessly combed her hair neatly.

"Mom won't come over. Tonight belongs to us." Daphne blinked her beautiful eyes and smiled brightly.

Brian smiled slightly. He looked slightly sad as he watched Shabini directing the golden bees to dance.

"By the way, do you really dare to invite Shabini?" Draco said softly.

"If he was the only one who was not invited, he would probably be very sad." Daphne glanced at Shabini and said helplessly, "I specifically asked him not to bring gifts."

"Well, I guess that's a really bad idea," Draco said.

"Theodore, what do you think?" he asked the tall and thin boy who was watching quietly.

"Who knows." Theodore stared at the bees closely. "It would be bad if they lose control."

Obviously, as Shabini's roommate and best friend, Theodore was deeply affected by this. He was also one of the people bitten the night Shabini's silver snake escaped from prison.

"Perhaps, we can punish him on his birthday." Draco whispered, "At least let him change this bad habit." He was always worried about what happened on his birthday.

"I agree." Brian said softly.

"Good idea." Theodore nodded.

Daphne was busy opening birthday gifts. She took out the cheering potion Brian gave her and said, "Oh, I like this. I hope it can make me feel better, especially during exams."

"Oh, I can't believe it, it's so... special." Daphne opened the gift Pansy gave her, which was a pair of gloves with big red plush balls.

She said, opening all the gifts in one go. Fortunately, there were no other weird things.

A house elf walked in pushing a multi-tiered birthday cake with birthday candles on top.

The lights in the living room were turned off, only the flowers shimmered, and the bees in Shabini glowed golden. The gramophone nearby played the song Happy Birthday, and everyone sang it together. Daphne made a wish in front of her birthday cake and blew out the candles. Pansy shook the joystick, and a large group of flowers spurted out and scattered all over the sky.

Daphne skillfully cut the cake and distributed it to everyone. Then she clapped her hands gently, and a large number of staple food, desserts, candies and juice appeared out of thin air on several tables around her.

The little wizards got their favorite food, a girl played the guitar, and Millicent sang songs by the Weird Sisters along with the accompaniment.

Brian picked up a bubble blower and blew it gently. A huge bubble came out and trapped Draco inside, floating lightly in the sky for a long time.

"Okay, this doesn't feel good." The bubble finally slowly landed on the ground and Draco came out of it.

He picked up a piece of cake and slapped it beside him very naturally, making Brian's face goofy.

"Your sneak attacks are getting better and better." Brian said helplessly, wiping the cream on his face.

"People are always growing and improving." Draco drawled.

Shabini walked up to Daphne in two or two steps and said with a wide smile: "Daphne, you told me that I don't need to prepare a gift, so I had to prepare a special performance for you!"

Daphne blinked, showed a somewhat forced smile, and turned slightly to block Astoria behind her.

I saw Shabini swinging the recorder hard and playing a melodious and cheerful tune.

Those golden bees were shining brightly and flying in the air in a row. Sometimes they gathered like fire dragons, sometimes they spread their wings and danced like phoenixes, and sometimes they spread out and turned into many little birds flying around. The golden light was like a bright stream. gold.

Daphne's eyes sparkled when she saw it, and finally the bees formed a line of writing: Happy birthday to Daphne.

"That's great, Shabini!" Daphne clapped her hands, "This is really the best birthday gift I've ever received!"

The little wizards around also applauded.

"Has Shabini changed her temper?" Draco clapped his hands several times, looking incredulous.

"Maybe Shabini is aware of his problem." Brian smiled and applauded, "Maybe he is also making changes. As you said, everyone is growing."

Shabini raised his head and enjoyed everyone's praise for him.

The swarm of bees were buzzing around him, and he played the recorder again, playing a soft tune.

The little wizards focused on other games, but Brian saw Shabini's face suddenly covered with cold sweat.

Theodore also saw this scene, and he whispered: "It doesn't seem right."

"Well, it seems so." Brian grabbed his wand.

"No, I can't take them back!" Shabini finally put down the recorder and shouted, sweating profusely.

The little wizards stiffened, leaving only the phonograph still playing cheerful music.

Those golden bees gradually dispersed, and after flying chaotically in the air for a moment, they began to run rampant like golden bullets.

They are extremely fast and have hard shells. They knocked over the neatly arranged dishes on the table, made a mess of decorations on the ceiling, and smashed the crystal chandelier overhead.

"Oh no!"

"Get out of the way!"

"Oops, I got stung."

"There are many obstacles!" Brian stood in front of Sister Daphne and cast a spell, stopping several bees rushing towards them.

Draco hid under the table and cast a spell on the bees, while Theodore used the spell to protect several girls.

"Sandy, Rose, help!" Daphne called the house elf's name.

Two house elves ran in. They were obviously at a loss. Then they pointed their slender fingers at the bees flying in the sky and cast spells on them one by one, but the effect was not great because they were too fast. .

"The net is heavy!"

Finally, Mrs. Greengrass rushed over, and she cast a spell. The golden net tied the bees into a ball, and they ran rampantly in the net, making a tooth-wrenching sound.

The little wizards breathed a sigh of relief and ran out of their hiding places. Almost all of them were injured. The surrounding area was even more in shambles.

Shabini was stung all over her head, her head was swollen like a pineapple, and her eyes could no longer be opened. Pansy's face swelled up with a big bump, and she burst into tears from the pain. Daphne covered her forehead. She was hit by a high-speed flying bee, and her forehead was bruised and swollen. Astoria was not injured, and was looking around in shock.

"Well, you should know that there are some dangerous things that you should not play with casually." Mrs. Greengrass sighed, "If you are stung, come here and apply the antidote, but even so, you will have to feel uncomfortable for a few days."

The party ended with an incredible ending. Brian and Theodore were not injured. They looked at each other and sighed.

"Well, it was indeed a mistake to invite Shabini."
