I was inventing at Hogwarts

Chapter 28 Filch is coming!

They put on their robes, picked up their wands, and tiptoed through the rooms in the castle.

Ron kicked someone's suitcase that he had forgotten to put back in the dormitory, making a dull sound.

Just as he was about to scream, Rigg and Harry, who were always on guard, tightly covered their mouths.

Feeling that he calmed down, Rigg and Harry put down their hands and continued walking down.

Descending the spiral staircase into the Gryffindor common room.

There were still some remaining fires flickering in the fireplace, and the armchairs seemed to be turned into black shadows.

"Don't let me know which idiot didn't take the suitcase."

Ron said angrily in an angry voice, reflecting the light of the fireplace.

His eyes were shining with tears.

Rigg gave Ron an admiring thumbs up, which made Ron feel better.

He kicked the hard box wrapped in dragon skin without saying a word.

I'm such a man.

Ron was extremely satisfied with himself!

As they were about to reach the portrait aisle, they heard someone speaking on the chair nearest to them.

"I can't believe you actually did this."

A lamp was lit with a pop.

The person in the chair is Hermione Granger.

She was wearing a pink nightgown, her long curly hair was tied into a high ponytail behind her back, and her fair face was full of expressions of disapproval.

Hermione frowned and looked at the tiptoeing trio.

"Why are you here again?" Ron really didn't expect this annoying guy to be so persistent. "Go back to sleep!"

"I almost told your brother," Hermione snapped back.

"Percy Weasley - he is a prefect and he will stop your duel."

Harry couldn't believe there were such nosy people.

"Let's go," he whispered to Ron and Rigg.

Rigg thought for a while, "Malfoy almost caused Harry to be expelled. Can you forgive Malfoy for causing you to be expelled from Hogwarts?"

Harry really didn't want to get involved with Hermione, he was eager to duel with Malfoy.

He was late and Malfoy would have laughed at him for being such a coward, Harry thought.

He directly pushed away the portrait of the Fat Lady and climbed in through the hole.

Rigg motioned for Ron to go first, while he looked at Hermione.

Hermione looked at the only opponent who could compete with her academically.

Well, she actually lost miserably.

Because of the sympathy for the top student, she was still willing to listen to what Rigg had to say.

Hermione gasped at the thought of being expelled from Hogwarts. This was an outcome she absolutely could not accept.

Seeing Hermione's silence, Rigg continued: "The same goes for Harry. It's not that he wants to violate school rules, it's Malfoy who has been targeting him."

Ron waved to Rigg from the opposite side, and Harry also whispered to Rigg to come out quickly.

Rigg could only say goodbye to Hermione and crawl into the hole.

It's just that if Hermione gave up so easily, she wouldn't be Hermione.

Hermione followed Rigg and crawled into the cave entrance, like an angry dragoness.

He lowered his voice and yelled at them: "But now Harry has not been expelled. Instead, all the point gems in Gryffindor's House Cup will be deducted by your night tour."

Thinking about the extra points she had earned by studying so hard, Hermione became even more angry.

"I don't want Slytherin to win the House Cup again, and I don't want you to lose all the points I got from Professor McGonagall with the transfer spell."

"Go back quickly, don't follow us. You will also be deducted points soon!" Ron finally recovered from the pain in his feet, and his mind was filled with the duel for a while.

"Okay, but I'm warning you Ron, you're so..."

As for what Tai is like, they don't know.

Rigg, Harry and Ron were already trotting off.

After struggling with Hermione for so long, I don't know if they are late.

Hermione turned to the portrait of the Fat Lady and wanted to get back in, but found that the painting she was facing was empty.

This is the only way to enter Gryffindor House. Only the Portrait of the Fat Lady who is responsible for guarding the door opens the revolving door to enter the Gryffindor lounge.

The Fat Lady went out late at night for a visit, and Hermione was locked outside the Gryffindor common room.

"Oh, what should I do now?" Hermione said to herself in confusion.

"That's your problem." Ron said not far away, "We have to go, we're going to be late."

Look at the dark corridor and the empty portrait.

There was a cold wind blowing in the corridor from time to time, making it look eerie.

Hermione shuddered, gritted her teeth, and ran in the direction where Rigg and the others left.

Hermione caught up before they reached the end of the corridor.

"I'll go with you," she said.

"You're not allowed to go." Harry was going crazy.

Originally, he was not completely sure of defeating Malfoy.

Good thing now, there are still more viewers he doesn't like.

What if he really loses, Harry thought sadly.

Probably he will never be able to hold his head up again.

"Did you think I would stand outside here, waiting for Filch to catch me?" At this moment, Hermione's cleverness came back.

"If he finds out about the three of us, I will tell him the truth and that I was trying to dissuade you."

"You're quite brave," Ron said loudly.

"Keep your voice down!" Rigg said sternly, signaling everyone to shut up.

"I heard a noise."

It's a whirring sound.

"Is it Mrs. Norris?" Ron asked breathlessly, squinting his eyes and looking into the darkness.

Not Mrs. Norris, but Neville.

He was curled up on the floor, sleeping soundly.

But as soon as they came near, he awoke with a start.

"Thank God you found me! I've been out here for hours." Neville was so happy.

He thought he was going to sleep on the ground all night.

"I can't remember the new password and can't go to bed."

"Keep your voice down, Neville. The password is 'Pig Nose'," Hermione said unhappily.

"But it's of no use to you now. The fat lady has gone somewhere, and I am also locked out."

"How's your arm?" Rigg asked.

"It's okay," Neville said, raising his arms to show them.

"Madam Pomfrey fixed it in the blink of an eye."

Harry was relieved to hear that Neville was okay.

Then he looked around anxiously, fearing that Filch, the administrator of Hogwarts, might pop out from somewhere.

Filch has been at Hogwarts for at least 15 years, and has topped the list of the most hated teachers for young wizards in this decade.

Before they entered school, they had heard Filch's name from the twins George and Fred.

He also has a scrawny cat named Mrs. Norris who follows him around.

Mrs. Norris would always wander around Hogwarts Castle and call Filch whenever she found a little wizard mischievous and breaking school rules.

When Filch catches a young wizard who violates school rules, he will take him to his office filled with torture devices and impose a series of punishments such as deduction of points and confinement.

So no little wizard wants to be caught by Filch.

The deduction of points is a trivial matter. If you really go to Filch's office, you won't want to go there again.

According to rumors, it has become a nightmare place stained with the blood of the little wizard.

Of course, Filch didn't have permission to use torture devices, he was just trying to scare the troublemakers.

Watching the little wizard who can use magic tremble in front of him.

For Filch, the squib who is obviously a wizard but cannot use magic, this is really the happiest thing for him.

"Okay, Neville, listen, we are going somewhere, see you later."

Harry couldn't wait any longer.

"Don't leave me!" Neville said, getting up from the ground.

"I don't want to stay here alone. The ghost of Bloody Balor has passed through here twice."

Time appeared on the head of Rigg's wand, "We have to hurry up, there are still five minutes."

Moonlight poured in from the high window, streaks across the ground, barely illuminating the direction in which Rigg and the others were heading.

Every time they turned a corner, several people thought they were going to bump into Filch or Mrs. Norris.

Fortunately, they were lucky.

They hurriedly climbed the stairs to the third floor and tiptoed toward the prize display room.

Malfoy and Crabbe weren't there.

The crystal glass cabinet displaying the prizes sparkled in the moonlight.

Trophies, shields, medals and statues glowed silver and gold in the darkness.

One by one, the trio moved forward against the wall, Hermione and Neville following behind them.

Everyone's eyes were fixed on the doors at either end of the room.

In the quiet room, even the sound of the heartbeat was noticeable.

Harry took out his wand in case Malfoy burst in and challenged him to a duel.

Time passed by minute by minute.

"He's late. Maybe he didn't dare to come because he was afraid." Ron whispered.

At this time, a voice came from the next room, which made them jump.

Harry had just raised his wand when he heard someone speaking.

Not Malfoy.

"Smell everywhere, my dear."

It was Filch speaking to Mrs. Norris.

"That smart little Slytherin wizard said there will be several people here."
