1055 A New Day for the Store(3)

Chapter 1055: A New Day for the Store(3)

Jamie pressed the button, and the summoning began.

Five seconds later, the square light's rotation stopped, and a beast appeared on the screen.

***

[Name: Red Fawkes

Type: Beast

Race: Fawkes

Quality: Supreme

Element: Sharpness

Cultivation: Peak Divine Lord

Characteristics: Flight Stamina

Details: The Red Fawkes can fly for months without stopping

Ability:

Feather Blade: The Red Fawkes can launch its feathers at high speeds, using them as projectiles to slice through enemies.

Talon Strike: The Red Fawkes' talons are also sharp, allowing it to grab and hold onto prey with ease. It can also use its talons to deliver devastating strikes to enemies.

Razor Wing: The Red Fawkes can focus its energy on its wings, causing its sharp feathers to become even sharper and more dangerous. It helps in flying quicker as well as increasing the attack's potency.

Feather Slash: The Red Fawkes can sacrifice its feathers by using them as blades, dealing heavy damage to the opponent.

Card Description: The Red Fawkes is a majestic and powerful creature. Its attribute of sharpness makes it a formidable opponent in battle. This card can be used to summon a powerful monster onto the battlefield, capable of dealing massive damage to its opponent. Use it wisely, and watch your opponents fall before the might of the Red Fawkes.

Price: Seventy-eight thousand higher Sacred stones.]

Jamie looked at the card in surprise since the Fawkes Kingdom was named after the Fawkes species of a bird group. When Jerome was young, he had seen a battle of Red Fawkes. In that battle, the Red Fawkes won, and that battle impressed Jerome so much that when he established his territory, he named it the Fawkes Kingdom.

On the card illustration was a bird with vibrant red feathers covering its entire body. The feathers on its wings and tail were sharp like blades, glimmering in the light. Its beak was gray, while its eye was bright yellow, glowing like the sun in the sky.

When Jamie looked at the price of the beast, his heart skipped a beat. It was an enormous amount and more than two times as expensive as the White-Spotted Mosquito, despite them being of similar quality.

"Don't fret over it, buy it!"

Jamie was thinking of whether to splurge that big amount on a beast, as even the Kingdom would be in bad shape after the sale, but then suddenly, his father ordered from behind.

Jamie turned around and looked at his father. Jerome wasn't as angry as before since he was extremely content with the White-Spotted Mosquito.

"The Red Fawkes is our ruling symbol, and now the Fawkes Kingdom will actually have one," Jerome responded, understanding Jamie's confusion.

The sum of the White-Spotted Mosquito and the Red Fawkes exceeded the conversion value of one supreme Sacred stone. It was an amount that could shake the foothold of the Fawkes Kingdom.

The usual Jerome wouldn't have agreed to spend that large amount on two peak Divine Lord powers, but after yesterday's battle, he knew that these beasts might change the power structure of the Kingdom.

Jerome was angry with the store and the store owner, but at the same time, he knew what advantages he could gain from the store's presence.

"Store owner, we want to initiate the taming battle," Jamie requested Aakesh as he passed over his and his father's cards to Aakesh.

***

Screech!

Jamie summoned the beast; the next moment, his card turned into a Red Fawkes. The creature screeched, announcing its arrival in the world.

A smile spread across Jamie's face, and Jerome also looked better when they saw the Red Fawkes.

Since the duo had been here for more than a day, they decided to leave for the capital city and not enter Panagea.

Tap! Tap! Tap!

Aakesh was relaxing in his chair when he heard the sound of footsteps approaching the store. He opened his eyes and turned in that direction.

The next moment, an unfamiliar face welcomed his sight. It was neither a Vurron nor a demon.

Aakesh rarely got non-demon customers, so it was another rare customer.

"What's so special about this place?" Varney muttered in surprise as he stood in front of the store.

Varney belonged to a race called Fresot. It was a mid-tier race in the Sacred Dimension with a Supreme God reigning over it, and Varney was the great-grandson of the ruler of the Fresots.

Fresots were humanoid creatures. They weren't very tall, with their height ranging from 5 to 8 feet. They were muscular, with skin that was a dark shade of brown. They had rough ridges and deep furrows running all over their body, giving them an unattractive and rough appearance.

Fresots were similar to Dwarves, as they were also mainly involved in the repair and creation of items. Unlike Dwarves, the Fresots did these things for fun, and this situation created a lot of goodwill for them in low-level races as they didn't charge a penny for their items.

There was a saying in low-level planets, 'With Fresot, all their worries for weapons are gone.'

***

Varney was ten thousand years old this year, and according to the tradition of the Fresots, they needed to leave their house and travel for one hundred years outside to learn about the world and cultivate.

Fresot's main galaxy was also in this Universe controlled by the Voidwalkers, and luckily for him, he chose the planet Curiele as his destination.

Even on Planet Curiele, there are tens of Kingdoms and a few Empires, so coincidentally, Varney chose to begin with the Fawkes Kingdom.

The combination of several coincidences brought Varney to the store.

Varney's eyes were wide open as he stood in front of the store. It was a secret but known to the powerful of the Sacred Dimension that Fresots was born with the talent of Energy Empathy.

Energy Empathy was a rare talent that was found in very few people, and the race of Fresot was one such group. It was a talent that allowed the Fresot to feel closer to energy, and when Varney stood in front of the store, he could feel extremely strong energy inside it.

Energy Empathy was the driving force behind their charitable personalities. Every item, when repaired or created, used energy prevalent in the dimension, and no one was closer to that energy than the repairer or creator. This way, Fresots continued leveling up while also creating positive impressions around the world.

***

Varney entered the store and looked around with wide eyes. The energy prevalent at every corner of the store gave him a sensation like never before.

Two voices were going on in his head at that time. One asked him to try to use his talent to influence the energy inside the store, while the second voice told him not to do it because the owner of the energy was a danger.

Varney calmed down, choosing the second voice as he wanted to live. He was only ten thousand years old this year. He wanted to surpass his great-grandfather and become the ruler of Fresots.

***

"Hello, store owner!" Varney greeted Aakesh, still looking around the store with his corner eyes.

Aakesh nodded and waited for the man to ask about the store's products.

"Store owner, what product does the store sell?"

***

"Wow!" Varney said in surprise as he looked at the sword in his hands. It was a silver sword with a black handle and several gemstones embedded in the handle.

Varney didn't compliment the sword's beauty but its ability as he was looking at the screen in front of him.

"I will have gained a lot if I can prepare this level of an item," Varney mumbled.

The better the quality of the item was, the more it influenced the energy, so the better the gains for the creator.

If Dwarves had the talent, they would have long been one of the top races of the Multiverse, but unfortunately for them, they couldn't see the energy influence.

Fresot had the talent, but their skills in the creation and repairing of items were nothing compared to the Dwarves, or they wouldn't have only reached Supreme God.

***

Time flew by, and hours passed in the blink of an eye.

The six hours stay for the first group was over, so the system forced them out one by one, depending on their entry sequence.

Those waiting for the second group had their eyes lit. They rushed into the room like a tide. As they touched the portal, a suction force emerged and sucked them into another world, one by one.

The virtual portals for the third group had already gotten booked, while only the last three spots were left in the fourth group.

***

Tap! Tap! Tap!

Aakesh was relaxing on his chair as no customers were approaching him when he heard the sound of footsteps coming from the door.

Aakesh opened his eyes, and when he turned, he saw an unfamiliar face stepping inside the store.
