The First Store System

Chapter 112 - Restriction

Chapter 112: Restriction

A portal welcomed George after the gate opened. He took a step inside the portal as there were many people waiting for their entry and disappeared into it. The next moment, he appeared in a place where artificial structures met the trees.

George looked ahead after entering as it was all familiar to him. An awed expression appeared on his face as he saw a humongous tree whose end couldn't be seen even from his eyes.

No matter how many times he had come to the Xaya Empire, he was always awed by the tree because it was both the core of the pocket dimension as well as a branch of the Primordial World tree.

For teleporting using the supreme card, he had to summon the card. The next moment, it appeared in his hand. He then lightly pressed the pattern of teleportation, and the next moment, the card broke the restrictions of the Xaya Empire like it was nothing. A white light engulfed him, and when the light disappeared, he too disappeared from the Xaya Empire and appeared in the store.

The moment George activated the teleportation of the card, a pair of eyes suddenly opened on the top of the tree and looked at the area George was a moment before with confusion.

"Did someone break the restriction I set?" A confused hoarse voice echoed in the area, but the being's mouth never moved.

"It works," George exclaimed after returning to the store.

"Where had you gone?" Evelyn asked, seeing the excitement on George's face.

"The Xaya Empire," George responded after regaining his calm. He then suggested, "You should also buy a supreme card."

"I was always going to buy one," Evelyn told George. She then looked at Aakesh and handed him the already floating supreme Primal stone in the store.

Aakesh nodded and took it. He then did the same process he had done for George. A few moments later, the same silver card appeared in his hands. He then handed the card to Evelyn, and then she spilled a single drop of her blood on the hole.

After the process ended, the card took the color of her blood. Her card had more splendor as she was stronger than George and the golden hue surrounding her blood was more than him.

Maria didn't have superior or supreme Primal stones, but she had top Primal stones, so she decided to buy a top card for herself. "Senior, a top card for me," She said as she handed the top Primal stone to him.

Aakesh nodded and took the Primal stone. The next moment, he did the same process as earlier, except this time he pushed the switch that signified top.

A few moments later, a card appeared in his hands. It couldn't be any more ordinary. It was also silver in color, but the name of the store was written in red instead of golden letters.

Except for the name of the store, there was only a tiny hole to take the drop of the blood. Aakesh then handed the card to Maria. She had an embarrassed look seeing the difference in the cards, but seeing no expression of looking down on her in Aakesh's eyes, she calmed down and took the card.

She then dropped her blood on the tiny hole, and the next moment, the silver card turned into dark red. It then appeared in her consciousness and taught her how to take out and put in the Primal stones in the card for store use.

After the explanation of the card was done, Aakesh then looked at Evelyn and said, "You still have to pay 1260 ordinary Primal stones and 1050 inferior Primal stones."

He didn't stop and continued as the primary purpose of the card was to control the conversion rate, "The conversion rate for the Primal stones up to top-grade is 100:1. The conversion rate for superior Primal stone to top-grade is 10,000:1, whereas the conversion rate for supreme to superior-grade is 1,000,000:1."

"Oh, you didn't forget about those stones, despite two people buying products costing supreme Primal stones," Evelyn responded with a smile and took out several Primal stones belonging to supreme and superior-grade Primal stones.

Suddenly a tiny black hole appeared and sucked the Primal stones, as she had ordered the card to take the Primal stones.

The next moment, a thought emerged in her head containing the exact numbers of the stone she had added. She added 184 superior Primal stones and 68 supreme Primal stones.

"Would you like to pay using the supreme card?" A mechanical alert suddenly appeared in her head, and asked for her permission.

Her mind said yes, and the next moment the alert that Evelyn had paid for the pills appeared in Aakesh's head.

Evelyn then asked for the remaining sum in her card, and the next moment, she got a thought. She currently had 50 inferior, 29 ordinary, 9987 top, 183 superior, and 68 supreme Primal stones in her supreme card.

"Senior, I will meet you later," Maria said as she had already wasted quite a time. She didn't currently need the card as she didn't have a higher form of currency to pay for a low price product.

Aakesh nodded in response, and she then proceeded toward the portal room while George and Evelyn sat back on their chairs to wait for their turn to come.

"What's your race?" George suddenly asked Aakesh while having a normal conversation with Evelyn. He had seen many races that had blue skins, but he had never seen a race that had this darker blue skin and had a humanoid body shape.

"I don't know," Aakesh honestly responded.

"Even secretive of your race," Evelyn commented as she thought that Aakesh didn't want to tell them his race.

Aakesh didn't respond as he had no interest in explaining the circumstances around him to anyone.

Time flew by, and three hours passed in the blink of an eye. Evelyn and George asked Aakesh many questions about him during the past few hours, but he either stayed silent, or the couple didn't believe his words.

After their six-hour stay in Panagea was complete, the system forced out the group of Pento and the group of Pallas.. The first thing they noticed after spawning in the store was a square box right next to where Aakesh was sitting.
