This Game is Too Real

The latest website: I got stuck when designing the background and plot of Vault 79. My original idea was to introduce the Academy at this plot node, but considering that there are too many story lines and perspectives currently running, including The revolution of Stone City, the kingdom of Luoxia Province, the war between the legion and the enterprise, and the revival of the players... To be honest, it is difficult to take care of it, so the story line of the academy can only be postponed until the end of the war between the legion and the enterprise.

If it seems a little less fun to simply use Vault 79 as a biochemical laboratory or a petri dish for clones, I wonder if there is any interesting brain hole that can make it a "special" area copy, which is in line with Reasonably related to the regional conflict between the Alliance and the Legion.
