Chapter 2997: Contradictions need to be addressed

Before Fei Qian finished speaking, the little prince Shanshan, who knew that all his land had been redeemed by Tong Grojia, couldn't sit still. He hurriedly ran to Fei Qian and fell to his knees with a thud. Great general! You can't promise him! 』

When Taishi Ci heard this, he raised his eyebrows and took his hand back, pressing it on the handle of the knife.

Fei Qian stretched out his hand to signal Tai Shici not to be angry, and then smiled and said, "Why do you say that?" Is there anything wrong with the land he gave me? This is really cunning, I have to send someone to check on the spot..."

The little prince didn't know that Fei Qian was pretending to be stupid, or he also guessed that Fei Qian was pretending to be stupid, but he had to say: "Great general...then, those lands were my previous fiefdoms, they were all...all mine." Land..."

Taishi Ci snorted coldly, "Your land?" 』

 The little prince nodded.

Tai Shici sneered disdainfully: "Since it is your land, why were you kicked out?" And why don’t the officials and people in those lands resist and protect you? Can such land still be considered yours? 』

"ah? "The little prince was stunned, and his expression suddenly changed, turning green and white, but after a moment he lowered his head, "Great general, those... those lands were left to me by my father... I can't lose those... generals , this old thief has failed, so he should cede his own land rather than someone else's, right? Great general, why don't you let me kill this old thief, and then I will dedicate his land to the general! 』

Fei Qian smiled gently, "This suggestion... It's not impossible... But, you know, we Han people value order and fairness... Because he was unfair to you before, so we came, but now your suggestion, It seems unfair to him...because he used his troops to drive you away, and now you need to borrow the power of us Han people...Of course, we are good friends, and I am willing to share my personal power with you. I can help you for free, but I'm just one person, and there are so many Han Chinese, so they can't help in vain, right? 』

Fei Qian came up, helped the little prince up, still smiling, and patted the dust on the little prince's body, "Of course, this is an internal matter of your Shanshan Kingdom, and we Han people don't have anything too special." No matter how many opinions you have, you can make your own decision... Personally, I am more inclined to help you, but again... I can only represent myself... Acquiring land is not my intention, but you see With so many of us here, we always need a place to rest. Can't we come to your royal city every day? Yes or no? This makes sense. 』

"So, there is still a little time. If you have any questions, you should go and "discuss" with your subordinates or your Uncle Wang..." Fei Qian smiled, as if he was talking about something ordinary. "You don't seem to understand what I just said... Let's put it this way, the price your Uncle Wang offered is two cities and five hundred thousand gold coins... I think this price is not enough to show a Shanshan The value of a king...what do you think? 』

The little prince Shanshan retreated full of sorrow and helplessness. He knew that if he wanted to impress Fei Qian, he would need to offer a higher price than Tong Grojia, but in this case, he would not be able to continue to maintain the reputation of a victim. Image...

Does Fei Qian care whether Tong Geluojia becomes the king in Shanshan or the little prince?

 Obviously not.

Even if Shanshan splits into East and West Shanshan because of this, Fei Qian can accept it.

Can Shanshan State’s promises, treaties, covenants, etc. be taken seriously?

This depends on the balance of power between countries.

Taishi Ci squinted at the little prince Shanshan, like a tiger that had just eaten a meal and saw a lamb. Although he was too lazy to move at the moment, he wanted to think about it first.

Enter distant relations and close attacks... Tai Shici whispered,Now the closest ones to Haitou City are Shanshan and Yanqi...Now that we have captured the land of Shanshan, we have control of both the north and the south...」

Fei Qian nodded, and then said with some seriousness on his face: "It is true, but...this land in the Western Regions does not have the importance of Hangu...Qin destroyed the six kingdoms not out of Hangu, but first. Shangdang, after destroying Han and Zhao, will attack the south from the north... Therefore, Ziyi must carefully consider the order of the countries in the Western Regions... and not rush forward... In the Western Regions, the road from north to south is long and narrow, and there may be "confused mountains" everywhere. …』

Taishi Ci Zhengrong answered with his hands raised, "I will keep this in mind." 』

Qin destroyed the six kingdoms. Many people just stared at Qin Shihuang and thought that Qin Shihuang was very awesome. He defeated the six kingdoms in ten years. However, in fact, Qin State actually went 540 years for the highest goal of unification. Nineteen years…

The ancestor of Qin was just a horseherd of King Zhou. In the beginning, the King of Qin was not even a prince.

In that era of strict hierarchy, Qin Xianggong saw that he had struggled all his life, but he had not even touched the threshold of the nobility. He urgently needed to improve his "class", so he actively devoted himself to King Yijiu of Zhouping to regain Haojing. During the war, Qin began a 549-year process of unifying China.

The process of Qin's unification was not smooth sailing. During the Battle of Wei, the backbone of Qin was almost broken. Fortunately, King Chuzhuang jumped out in time and mocked, attracting Jin's attention, allowing Qin to breathe a sigh of relief and regain its health...

Then it was naturally the classic strategy of distant friendship and close attack. This kind of conspiracy was almost on the table, but it made the six countries unable to resist at all. Although the six kingdoms have united many times, they are actually all intrigues, especially the three Jins. Only the three Jins truly unite. Other countries often participate because they are afraid. Otherwise, it will be your death and it has nothing to do with me. When he found out that he was also the meat in the tiger's mouth, it was impossible for him to be together and he could only wait to die.

So, if Fei Qian wants to conquer countries one by one in the Western Region, even if every city can be as smooth as the city of Duni, what about the losses on the march? Where are the soldiers who need to be stationed locally?

Without Qin's "Fen Sixth Remaining Lieutenant", I just thought that Qin Shihuang could push F2A alone. What do you want to peach?

This is what Fei Qian meant when he warned Tai Shi Ci.

At the initial stage, stability is the main priority.

After all, in the early days, it was impossible for Taishi Ci to have enough troops and manpower, and it was impossible for Fei Qian to give Taishi Ci too much support. After all, Fei Qian has a lot to do, and it is impossible to devote all his strength to the Western Regions. Therefore, if Taishi Ci encounters the "War of Confusion" again, it will greatly delay the development of the Western Regions.

By the time Taishi Ci established a firm foothold in the Western Regions and had accumulated sufficient strength by invading nearby Western Regions countries, he would naturally be able to push through the country just like the Qin Dynasty did in the last ten years...

Fei Qian cast his gaze in the distance to the old monk Busen who had temporarily stopped cursing due to lack of physical strength. He smiled and gestured for someone to bring him over.

Bu Sen walked over, there was still some residual anger on his face, and he looked at Fei Qian with a very unkind look.

"I have a question, please ask the great monk..." Fei Qian did not talk about Shanshan's problem with Busen, but said, "Everyone has a butt. The **** is a part of a person, and everything in this world is a human being." It’s up to you to decide, so your **** is involved in deciding world affairs... I wonder what the great monk thinks? 』

Bu Sen's eyes changed slightly, and he began to look at Fei Qian seriously. He lowered his head and said the Buddha's name, "People make things up, but they are scattered. How can you think about things in order while they are scattered?" 』

Fei Qian laughed and said, "Why did the great monk give up looking at the whole world and only look at a certain place in the Western Region?" 』

Bu Sen also laughed: "General, do you think you are the world?" 』

Fei Qian was not angry and continued to ask: "Who does that great monk think can rule the world?" 』

Bu Sen once again declared the name of Buddha in Heshi, "Naturally, only Buddha can be called the whole world." 』

That’s the case. I would like to ask the great monk, is there only one "Buddha"? Fei Qian asked with a smile.

Bu Sen's expression changed, his face trembled, and then he remained silent for a long time before saying: "Everything in the ten directions and three times is Buddha, all Bodhisattvas are also Mahasattvas, and Mahaprajna Paramita..."

Fei Qian laughed loudly and said, "There is one Buddha and all Buddhas. How can the great monk be the Buddha of the Western Regions and not the Buddha of the Central Plains?" Buddhas and Buddhas are equal, so one Buddha, all Buddhas, one word, all Buddhas, has all meanings! The merits and virtues of one Buddha are immeasurable and boundless, and are the same as the merits and virtues of countless Buddhas. When one sees the Buddha of Infinite Life, one sees countless Buddhas in the ten directions. The great monk only sees one Buddha but not all the Buddhas. How can he gain merit? Arhats are untainted and ignorant, but there are still untainted and ignorant people. The five great things in heaven can also be called Arhats, and the ten things can be said to be static and illegal. Why can't the Western Region be ruled by the Han Dynasty? If everything exists, then there was a Han Dynasty in the Western Regions a hundred years ago, so of course it should exist. If everything is caused by conditions, I dare to ask how the current destruction of Shanshan is not the occurrence and destruction of conditions? Why does the great monk think that the Western Region is more important than the Han Dynasty? Isn't it because he regards the Buddha's temple as the Buddha and does not see the Buddhas of all worlds? 』

"You...you..." Busen obviously wanted to scold Fei Qian for disrespecting the Buddha, but he swallowed the words when he reached his lips. If Fei Qian did not use Buddhism as his argument, Bu Sen could scold and despise Fei Qian. However, when Bu Sen discovered that Fei Qian was familiar with Buddhism and used Buddhism to describe the affairs of the Western Regions, it would be difficult for him to directly refute Fei Qian. , must be argued with Buddhist principles.

But what Fei Qian said is extremely difficult to refute.

The Buddha is the only one, but he is also all Buddhas.

If Busen denies the Buddha of the Han Dynasty, then it is tantamount to denying all Buddhas. In the same way, if one criticizes Fei Qian's actions in Muni City as being unmerciful, the work of demons, and rejecting Han people, then one must also deny the Five Great Heavenly Things...

In fact, the disputes in Buddhism are no less than the struggles within Confucianism. Does the Arahant have troubles and can he turn around?

Three lifetimes of eternity or nothingness?

Such as this, in fact, just like the various schools of thought, they are the exploration and thinking of the world by people of that era.

Furthermore, the ten directions theory of Buddhism is even somewhat like the hyperspace in later science fiction, which even makes Fei Qian inevitably think about the issues of space and time in the universe...

However, one thing Feiqian can be sure of is that Busen is not a Theravada, so he must admit that the Arahant has troubles and can retreat, otherwise it will go against his original intention of preaching in the Western Regions for many years.

The Arahant in Buddhism has a transcendent status, just like the great Confucian scholar in Confucianism, he is respected by everyone. But there are millions of people in the world, and it is only because of human nature that there will be true Confucianism and fake Confucianism. In the process of the development of Buddhism, it is inevitable that some people will use the name of Arhat to deceive and deceive, thereby causing serious damage to Buddhism. At this time Do you choose to deny the transcendence of "Arahants", to distinguish who is the true "Great Confucian" from fake, and then let the believers see the Arahants for a round of scanning first, or do they say that it is correct to call them "Arahants", but some "Arahants" have big problems? Will the five things in heaven cause trouble or retreat?

This is like the "experts" and "experts" of later generations.

Is it because the government doesn’t know that the experts are lying?

I know that, but they never say what standards the "experts" have and how ordinary people can distinguish what is a specialist and what is a brick. They just blindly say that Arhats can also have wet dreams and drool because "he ordered them to enter." ”, then it can be said that “the Tao arises due to sound”.

Otherwise, as the old saying goes, if you catch ten experts and shoot them, some of them will be unjustly convicted, but if you catch ten experts and shoot nine, some of them will definitely slip through the net.

So do you dare to come up with a standard for identification?

 I don’t dare!

It's better to just close your eyes, the sky is still a good comrade, oh, a good Arhat.

In addition, Buddhism, Confucianism, and most other knowledge inheritance processes have problems. After the death of the original ideal transmitter, it is actually very difficult for people to achieve unity and equality.

After the death of Mr. Buddha, the Buddhist family fell into pieces.

Those who stick to the Buddha's precepts stick to the Buddha's precepts and judge the ten things to be illegal. However, in the process of the spread of Buddhism, the ten things are pure. Because even the Buddha himself foresaw that the Buddha's precepts would be broken before he entered nirvana.

When the Buddha was still alive, the disciples of the Buddha followed the teachings, lived together in accordance with the Six Harmonies, lived in harmony, and practiced according to the Dharma. Although there were no major disagreements, there were differences in certain opinions and opinions, but they were able to follow the Buddha's teachings. By observing and upholding the prescribed precepts, one can practice the path of pure holy life.

The Buddha once preached the Dharma, and all sentient beings can interpret it according to their troubles.

Therefore, there is no difference in the Buddha’s teachings, but there are differences in the delusional minds of sentient beings. When the Buddha was about to enter Nirvana, he knew that his later disciples would stick to trivial matters and hinder the development of Buddhism, so he said to his attendant Ananda: "After I have passed away, I should gather all the monks and give up the fine emblems and precepts." . 』

But unfortunately, the Buddha did not clearly explain what are the major precepts and what are the subtle precepts.

Small precepts, no matter how small, no problem, but gradually even the big precepts are thrown away...

After all, it is too painful to practice asceticism.

 Who doesn’t like cheating?

This cheating has many other names. It is called "Sudden Enlightenment" in Buddhism, "I am thinking" in Warhammer, and "system" in novels...

Other inconveniences caused by asceticism have caused many believers to lose confidence and doubt in Buddhism.

The behavioral and theoretical thresholds are too high, which is not conducive to the spread and inheritance of Buddhism.

As a result, after the Buddhist organization gave up the precepts, it quickly became corrupted, corrupted, decayed, and collapsed into various departments and sects, criticizing and attacking each other, leaving the lotus platform stained with blood. Even though Mahayana Buddhism was later unified again, the purity and glory when the Buddha was born were forever gone, and only the dimness and embers after the Buddha's death were left...

Feiqian looked at the silent Busen and did not want to let him go because of this, "The World Honored One said the first chapter for Chanda. Was it to kill the Arhat, or to speak of the Arhat, or to cultivate the Arhat?" If all is possible, I am also an Arhat; if not, the Buddha is also violating the precepts. Great monk, how do you explain this? 』

Bu Sen’s eyes widened, his Adam’s apple moved up and down, and he felt his head was swollen and buzzing.

Because Fei Qian said something very serious in Buddhism.

It's like Fei Qian said that Confucius was unfaithful and unfilial in front of the believers who admired Confucianism. As a native of the Lu country, he held an official position in the Lu country. As a result, he didn't think about being loyal and filial during the war, and he said, "What is tolerable and intolerable?" , but he took refuge in Qi State...

There is a Chanda in Buddhism.

This guy serves as the lead driver...

Chanta had the idea of committing suicide due to illness. Although Shariputra and Mahadzhunta visited Chanta repeatedly and advised him not to commit suicide, the power of words obviously could not relieve Chanta physically. The pain of illness made Chanta finally choose to commit suicide. According to the teachings of Buddhism at that time, suicide was also a kind of murderous karma, and the person who caused the murderous karma could not become an Arhat. However, the Buddha said that Chanda had attained Arhat status at the same time when he committed suicide.

This matter involves the conflict between fruition status and the precept of killing. First, how do you know for sure that you were already an Arahant when you committed suicide? This is undoubtedly a huge gamble. If it cannot be determined, it means that a lifetime of practice will turn into water and eventually fall into the animal realm and return to the killing karma. The end will be very tragic. Secondly, if an Arhat can commit suicide and attain enlightenment, then other Buddhists can also commit suicide and attain enlightenment? If so, what is the difference between Buddhism and other cults that frequently commit suicide to achieve enlightenment? Thirdly, if suicide and nirvana can coexist, then how to define the causal and sequential relationships that occur at the same time?

So such a big hole made many Buddhists scratch their bald heads later, just like Confucian disciples, they put dog skin plasters on the holes in the meaning of Confucian scriptures...

The Buddha said that it is not a big mistake for Chanda to commit suicide.

Looking at his many years of service as a driver, consider him a Luo Han Guo!

Calculate?

 Does this count?

From a human perspective, there is nothing wrong with this.

But judging from the monastic law, Chantuo had a fault.

It is a great sin to kill one's karma.

Sangha is also taught by the Buddha.

This is like euthanasia. This may be the last peace and joy for a terminally ill person, but the system does not allow it. According to the system, this is murder. It is also easy to understand why the system does not allow it, because from the perspective of the existing system, it is impossible to determine whether it is really euthanasia.

If the Buddha is not a Buddha, but a human being, then it is very simple. Different people have different understandings of different things, and they can go back on what they said before at any time. This is a human being.

But it cannot be like this.

If a Buddha changes his mind and becomes a human being at any time, can he still be called a Buddha?

 Return to secular Buddhism?

Fei Qian pointed at the Kuni Palace and smiled at Busen: "If Chanda can become an Arhat, then you and I are Shariputra and Mahadzunda, here to help him make his choice... If Chanta cannot become an Arhat, So if I let Tong Grojia redeem him now, aren't I also saving Tong Grojia? Why is the great monk angry? 』

Bu Sen was completely defeated and had no words to reply. He could only keep chanting the Buddha's name.

However, things don’t just close your eyes and pretend they don’t exist.

Fei Qian smiled gently, under the Shanshan Palace, preparing to give Busen the final blow...
